My Favorite Webs For Daily Art Inspiration
Picasso said that “Inspiration exists, but it has to find you working” and I couldn’t agree more. There are many ways to let inspiration find you: for example, when starting out a creative project I’m sure most of us check out our favorite artist’s social media profiles.
But today I’m bringing you an alternative way to get inspired on a daily basis, whether you need a reference for an upcoming project or not: art blogs and websites. Visiting these sites regularly will provide you with a richer visual background that’ll make your creativity grow and your personal style flourish. You’ll find out about art and illustration trends, discover new artists and movements and know what’s going on in the community.
Some of the websites are very famous, others not so much. Hope you’ll find this list of 12 websites for daily art inspiration helpful!
1. Doodlers Anonymous

Check out Cass Art, they have a huge stationery shop but also a blog with many different articles. In some of them they teach you how to use certain art supplies, like How To Experiment With Mixed Media and Pebeo.
5. Book By Its Cover

Take a look at Macho Dominante (this one’s in Spanish but I had to recommend it anyway, you’ll figure it out), they have great stuff like this article about Bene Rohlmann linear style with a vintage touch.

Find out more at Designspiration! It’s similar to Pinterest: you type some keywords and you’ll have and endless grid of related images. They’re generally very high quality, and the site has a very interesting feature: search by color.
